Where do you ship from?

All orders ship directly from our headquarters in Florida, where we personally pack your products with love. 

We do our best to process orders, send confirmation email and provide a tracking number within 48-72  hours on weekdays.

Orders placed on the weekend, will ship out the following Monday, excluding holidays.


It shows that my package was delivered, but I do not have it; what do I do?

You will need to contact UPS as they are our chosen carrier. When you call them, please make sure you have the tracking number handy so that they can look it up for you. They will be able to provide some more information about where it was delivered and can hopefully help you locate it. If UPS cannot find your package, please email us directly at hello@freshlyplum.com
